A bit about my approach to therapy
I use active listening skills, psychoeducation, and both DBT and CBT techniques to help clients gain insight into their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I seek to mobilize areas of strength and encourage clients to be more intentional with their actions to gain control over their lives. I provide a nonjudgmental, safe atmosphere for clients to have their own unique experiences.

I know that you know yourself better than anyone else, and I am here to listen and provide feedback when appropriate. I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach; I tailor my approach to fit the unique inner world of the client.
